Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. If the product is found to be damaged or the label/tag is broken, no refund will be issued. In such cases, you may request to have the product shipped back to you after paying the return shipping costs.
All exchanges or replaced items will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product received was defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. Please use a reliable courier service with tracking for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or undelivered during return transit.

In accordance with Indian law, we will accept returns and issue refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items even beyond the 7-day window.
